Luke Wild

Luke Wild is a producer and writer who works with artists of all genres. Never turning down an opportunity based on genre he has produced and written for every genre from trap to gospel to top 40 hits. He goes into each session with the attitude aimed towards pleasing the artist he works with. Keeping this attitude when working with other artists has proven to be extremely beneficial for Wilds as he has learned a lot by allowing the artist to have full control. The skills he has learned from these experiences have come back to be used in his own EP. 

Wild spent quite a bit of his time secretly writing his own music while he was working with other artists to make their music. His friends encouraged him to put out his own music, so he did. Wild's first EP Sunburn was written last summer as he was moving from place to place, sleeping on friend's couches and trying to figure life out. Each song on Sunburn conveys a different emotion from that time in Wild's life. The songs are about falling in love, running around, and figuring it all out. The record comes from a place of needing to talk about what he was feeling; even if writing an EP is an unconventional way to talk about your feelings, it worked for Wild. 

When Wild was ten years old an older friend gave him an Amberlyn CD. After listening to the CD he was instantly drawn to music; already being attracted to the counterculture that comes along with music Wild saw music as a perfect way to be involved with that counterculture. Wild has known he was meant to make music since then. Although his interest in music began as a hobby as he grew older music became the thing that gets him up in the morning. Music gives him a means of pure expression, an outlet to be artistic and creative without being "too pretentious". Even though making music can create challenges for Wild, he is always up for whatever music brings him. 

Even on his days off Wild is making music in some capacity. He works hard to make music that might be the sound track to someone's life, whether he is singing it or it is someone else's music. His goal is to make music for himself and other artists that will stand the test of time.
