Rascal

Rascal was formed on the foundation of just wanting to play. Half of the original lineup was not as committed, but they had a catalog of songs the committed half really liked. They took these songs, found two guitarists and became Rascal.
Every show Rascal has played and will play is an experience. Just like any other band anyone can listen to them endlessly, but a person can only get the full experience at a live show. Part of it is the energy, part of it is the visual aspect of their shows. Regardless of who is at a show it is going to be a unique experience.
Each member of Rascal has very different tastes in music that create Rascal's sound. They are into a traditional style of  playing, but they like to change it up a little and add their own spin on things ultimately making their own sound. A sound they have described as "not quite punk, but not quite punk". Rascal makes rock n roll with an occasional tritone.
Taking inspiration from the works of other artists as well as drugs and video games. Certain video games, like Zelda, have particularly enticing soundtracks that lead to major inspiration.
Music is a major, if not the biggest, form of communication for the members of Rascal; between each other and people outside of their band. It is a huge part of their identities as well as a main outlet of creativity.
Rascal takes pride in their music, but they do not take it too seriously. The band hopes to take it as far as their music will take them. Whether that's just playing bars for fun or making a living off their music. The group is not dead set staying together, if someone moves they will more than likely all go their own ways in terms of music. There are two possible outcomes, either they stay together and eventually go on tour or they disband and make music separately. As long as they are having fun making music together they consider themselves successful.
