Thomas Spiropoulos

Greek musician Thomas Spiropoulos plays a little bass and a little piano, but specializes on guitar. He has been playing since he was nine years old. The hard work and time he has put into his craft definitely shows. Even though Spiripoulos has been playing since he was nine, he did not realize he wanted to be a musician until he was 13 when he saw a live recording of John Mayer playing Slow Dancing in a Burning Room on YouTube. He wants to be the absolute best musician he can be. For Thomas Spiripoulos being the best musician he possibly can be means playing as much as he can for who ever wants to listen.
Thomas Spiropoulos takes inspiration from many artists in addition to John Mayer. He grew up in a home full of classic American records, mainly jazz. So artists like BB King and Eric Clapton have shaped his playing style. He also takes some inspiration from pop musicians like Ed Sheeran and Charlie Puth.
Thomas Spiropoulos posts covers and originals to his Instagram, @thomas_bluesbreaker. He plays in a style that's rough around the edges, yet polished. It is a mix of pop, R&B, and the Blues.
