Heroes of Charlotte
The Detroit based band, Heroes of Charlotte, is made up of drummer Pete Travino, singer and guitarist Mateo Travino and bassist Ryan Marchena. Heroes of Charlotte play pop punk that can be further broken down into garage rock.
The boys each take inspiration from vastly different artists. Pete Travino takes inspiration from bands such as Green Day and Blink-182. Mateo Travino is inspired by Arctic Monkeys, The White Stripes, and Tyler the Creator as well as many others. Ryan Marchena tends to be inspired by hardcore and metal groups like Slipknot and Korn. However, the boys all got their start in music the same way... Rock Band. The video game that seems to get any good musician into music in the first place.
Heroes of Charlotte describe their band as, "goofy, exciting, rambunctious, energetic, and interesting". You can listen to Heroes of Charlotte on Spotify and most major streaming services.
