Naked Giants
Naked Giants got their start in music where all the greats have gotten their start: guitar hero. Naked Giants is a rock band made up of bassist and vocalist Gianni Aiello, guitarist Grant Mullen, and drummer Henry La Vallee. They are based out of the greater Seattle area.
Starting in a band called "Fall By" in the eighth grade, drummer, Henry La Vallee played at Seattle's Studio 7. Located in the industrial district near the South Docks, Studio 7 was known for metal gigs and raves. With greenroom walls baring explicit drawings and band names and a scent that closely resembles that of a middle school boys locker room; Studio 7 definitely was not known for eighth graders playing gigs right after school. After playing Tuesday after school for two years, Fall By had run it's course. Leaving Henry La Vallee chasing the high you get from playing on stage. While playing with Naked Giants at a basement party in Montana in perfectly imperfect conditions, that feeling of a pure euphoric energy was found once again. The feeling is continually found while playing, regardless of who or how many people are being played to.
