Frankiiee

Inspired by Dodie, Frankiie has been posting her music to YouTube for quite some time now. Frankiie posts covers as well as original songs, her talent comes through in both. She plays piano and guitar, but is far more confident with her ukulele. Frankiiee has a poppy indie sound, but she doesn't subscribe to a specific genre.

Most artists aim to write the catchiest tune, to write something people will have stuck in their heads. Not Frankiiee, she is more worried about the lyrical message she is conveying. Being able to express a specific emotion from an exact moment in time and sharing that with an audience is a huge part of music for many songwriters. This proves to be especially true for Frankiiee, all of her songs are based on a strong feeling or message she wanted to convey at a moment in her life. Listening to Frankiiee's music gives you a small snapshot into what is going on in her head. You, as the listener, get the opportunity to dissect every word she writes and take your own meaning from it. Just as she intended. Even though Frankiiee's music holds deep meaning, you will find yourself singing along.
